Sword(requiem lant) Of Aura Darkness 1(Filler). Raid 1(Filler). Home thrust 8(Stun)+5DNA points. Poison of Malice 1(Filler and useful because it ignores defense). Poison Arrow 1- Long range skill, good to finish off the people who are trying to run away or something. Good in FoC though)+1DNA point- something like +37 damage with this skill.

Fortitude 9(Critical). Joint Strike(5)+4DNA points. Don't see a point of slow which is 22 sec. 20 sec is more than enough. And we choose this over Blinding strike cause Blinding. strike misses way too much and has a very long downtime. Soccer Kick5(good to use vs Radiants with mana shield on or tanks. Shadow Runner1(filler). Here We would provide you the cheapest requiem lant  with the fastest delivery.

Stealth 10(5.9 m/s and no one except elementalists and rangers can see you nice enough. Quick Attack 10(This is ion mine/FoC build so extra speed with bow is awesome). Foward Dash 5- Life saver and skill to catch the running people)+5DNA points. Backward Dash 5 +5DNA points.

Claws are only viable at lower levels since they can reach 1.0 attack speed before duals and the damage difference between the two isn't too huge. As for lvling, start doing quests at the starting towns.You'll probably reach 30+ without much grinding. As for twink, im not too sure how to explain it to you but it is a character capped at the max lvl for a certain battleground bracket using gears superior to others.
